We want you if:- You love to create TikTok content and are constantly filming the latest trends
- You consider yourself an amazing TikTok video editor, keeping up with the latest features/transitions, app updates and what’s on your FYP
- You secretly (or not so secretly) want your face all over social media, you’re confident/bubbly and you have a good sense of humor
- You enjoy a creative, fast paced environment and love to collaborate with others
- Have a minimum of 1 year marketing/social media experience
Sounds like your dream job?
Duties would include:
- Creating engaging TikTok videos from end-to-end to showcase our fashion, feature our US team/influencers and LA store, illustrate our brand personality and connect with our audience
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, incorporating these into your content and reporting key insights/results back to the marketing team
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize our organic content, increase engagement and grow our follower base
- Research and report on TikTok and social media trends including sounds, features, challenges, creators, dances, industry news and algorithm updates
- Assist on weekly on-site and off-site photoshoots by helping our team create iconic content while also creating unique TikTok content with our models and shoot team
- Partner with like-minded brands to set up, execute and report on co-branded giveaways on TikTok
- Build and execute content and strategies for paid TikTok advertisements
- Reply to comments, interact and engage with our TikTok community
- Assisting with content creation and presenting on other social platforms (such as Instagram) on an ad-hoc basis
- Presenting via social media at various in-person events including in-store opportunities, customer activations and influencer events
- Apply the Princess Polly brand voice to all content, ensuring this shines through at every touch point
